This is obviously more than coming from a closer airport although the per person difference is not great and it is door to door. The drive was 90-120 minutes depending on traffic. This cost $180 going in to NYC at night and $220 leaving NYC at rush hour. We bought our own food (M&S outbound and deli return). In particular at Stewart, immigration was a breeze and took minutes, not hours as we have experienced at JFK in the past.
